This is the issue tracker system for all the projects. if you don't have access to the whole system, please contact the QA team for support and help. Please use the menu on the left top corner.
Issue Status:¶
1. Open: The issue has been reported but not yet assigned to a developer.
2. Failed: The issue has failed during testing.
3. In Progress: The issue has been assigned to a developer and is currently being worked on.
4. Fixed: The issue has been resolved by the developer and verified internally by the development team. It is awaiting QA testing.
5. Ready for Test: The fix is complete and ready for QA testing.
6. Passed: The issue has been tested by QA and has passed all test criteria.
7. Closed: The issue has been successfully resolved, verified, and officially closed.
8. Parked: Work on the issue is paused due to a dependency or blocker. Progress will resume once the blocker is resolved.
9. Re-Opened: The issue was previously marked as fixed or closed, but has been found to still persist or recur.
10. Duplicate: The issue has already been reported and exists in the system. This entry is a duplicate.
11. Invalid: The issue was reported by mistake or is not valid. No action is required.
12. Code Review: The fix is under review by another developer or reviewer to ensure quality and correctness before moving forward.
Trakcers¶
1. Bug: if there is issue/ bug in the system
2. Feature: if new feature is expected to be included
Priority¶
1. Critical: if the issue/bug has critical damage to the system, security breach, performance issue, or data breach.
2. Major: if the issue/bug has direct impact on the system functionality and makes it not to function.
3. Minor: if the issue/bug has no direct impact on the system functionality and doesn't makes it not to function. But, expected to be included.
4. Info: if the issue/bug has UI/UX related, information doesn't reach on the customer end as expected.
